On January 5th, 2014, after investing in VIA Motors in two prior rounds, Stoneway Capital made an additional investment, as the company prepares to begin production in its recently launched plant in Mexico. VIA Motors is an American electric vehicle development and manufacturing company. VIA Motors produces extended-range electric vehicles by modifying trucks, vans and SUVs.
